Özet: VardiyaCep’in hesabı yoktur. Vardiyaların, çalışma saatlerin, ücretin ve kazanç hesapların yalnızca telefonunda saklanır; bize veya başka birine gönderilmez. Uygulamada reklam yoktur. Uygulamadan dışarı çıkan tek şey, çökme raporları ile birkaç anonim kullanım olayıdır — ikisi de Ayarlar’dan kapatılabilir (bkz. bölüm 6).

Vardiyaların, çalışma saatlerin, ücretin ve kazanç rakamların bu kayıtların hiçbirine girmez. Gönderilen şey “bir vardiya başlatıldı” bilgisidir; hangi vardiya, hangi saat, ne kadar kazanç değil. Adın, e-postan veya konumun da gönderilmez.
Bunu kapatabilirsin: Ayarlar sayfasının altındaki “VardiyaCep’i geliştirmeye yardım et” anahtarını kapat. Kapattığın anda hem kullanım hem çökme raporları durur; uygulamayı yeniden başlatman gerekmez. Bu tercih cihazında saklanır.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’de bu anahtar kapalı doğar. Oralarda kullanım ve çökme raporlaması, sen Ayarlar’dan bu anahtarı kendi elinle açmadan hiç başlamaz — hukuki dayanak açık rızandır. Bu bölgelerin dışında anahtar açık gelir ve dilediğin an kapatabilirsin. Verdiğin onayı geri çekmek, vermek kadar kolaydır: aynı anahtarı kapatman yeterli, gerekçe göstermen gerekmez ve uygulamanın hiçbir özelliği bundan etkilenmez.

VardiyaCep çalışan yetişkinlere yöneliktir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız ve kimseden ad, e-posta, konum gibi kimlik bilgisi istemeyiz.
Verilerin cihazında olduğu için kontrol tamamen sendedir: uygulama içinden silebilir, dışa aktarabilir veya uygulamayı kaldırarak tümünü yok edebilirsin. Kullanım ve çökme raporlarını Ayarlar’daki anahtarla istediğin an durdurabilirsin. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki talepler için yukarıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsin.

In short: VardiyaCep has no accounts. Your shifts, hours, pay rates and earnings are kept on your phone only; they are not sent to us or to anyone else. There are no ads in the app. The only things that leave it are crash reports and a handful of anonymous usage events — both can be switched off in Settings (see section 6).

You enter the following, and it is held in your device’s own storage. The app contains no code that sends any of it anywhere.
None of this needs an account, none of it is uploaded, and none of it is backed up by us. Uninstalling the app destroys all of it along with the device copy. That also means losing your phone loses the data, so use the export feature to keep your own copy.

The app does not access the microphone, does not collect location, and does not read your contacts.
Text in a rota photograph is read by Google ML Kit’s on-device text recognition. Neither the photograph nor the recognised text leaves your phone or is uploaded to a server. The image is not kept once reading is done.
If you buy Pro, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We neither see nor store your card details.
We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate that a purchase is genuine. What reaches RevenueCat is limited to:
Advertising identifier collection is switched off in the app. Your name, your email, your shifts, your hours and your earnings are never sent to RevenueCat under any circumstances.

The app carries no advertising and contains no ad network. No advertising identifier is collected: the permissions Firebase would have brought in for one are removed from the app.
To see where the app breaks, and where setup stalls, we use two Google Firebase services:

Your shifts, hours, pay rates and earnings figures appear in none of this. What is sent is that “a shift was started” — not which shift, at what time, or for how much. Your name, email and location are not sent either.
You can switch this off: the “Help improve VardiyaCep” switch at the bottom of the Settings page. Turning it off stops both usage and crash reporting immediately, with no restart. The choice is kept on your device.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this switch starts off. There, usage and crash reporting never begins until you turn the switch on yourself in Settings — the legal basis is your consent. Outside those places the switch starts on and you can turn it off whenever you like. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: turn the same switch off. No reason is needed and no feature of the app depends on it.

VardiyaCep is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we ask no one for identifying details such as a name, email address or location.
Because the data is on your device, control sits entirely with you: delete it in the app, export it, or remove the app to destroy all of it. You can stop usage and crash reporting at any time with the switch in Settings. For requests under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or Türkiye’s KVKK, write to the address above.

If we update this policy we will change the date on this page. If the kinds of data involved change materially, we will say so in the app.
