Özet: VardiyaCep’i kullanman için hesap açman gerekmez ve temel özellikleri ücretsizdir. Pro’ya abone olursan ödemeyi mağaza alır, abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir ve iptali her zaman mağaza hesabından yaparsın. Vardiya verilerin telefonunda kalır.
Bu koşullar, Google Play’de com.vardiyacep.app, App Store’da app.vardiyacep kimliğiyle yayımlanan VardiyaCep mobil
uygulamasını kullanman için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kurarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Uygulamayı kendi cihazlarında, kişisel olarak kullanman için devredilemez bir hak veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayıp dağıtamaz, tersine mühendislikle kaynağını çıkarmaya çalışamaz veya satamazsın.
VardiyaCep’i App Store’dan indirdiysen, Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Standart EULA) da geçerlidir. Bu koşullar onu tamamlar; App Store’dan edinilen kullanım için ikisi çelişirse Apple’ın sözleşmesi esas alınır.
Vardiya takibi, kazanç hesabı, hatırlatmalar ve takvim ücretsiz sürümde çalışır ve çalışmaya devam eder. Pro’yu almamak bu özelliklerden herhangi birini kapatmaz.
Vardiyaların, çalışma saatlerin, ücretin ve kazanç hesapların yalnızca telefonunda saklanır. Ayrıntılar ve istisnalar için Gizlilik Politikası.
Yedeğini kendin al. Uygulamayı silersen verilerin de silinir ve bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için geri getiremeyiz. Uygulama içindeki dışa aktarma özelliğiyle yedek alabilirsin.
VardiyaCep’in ürettiği kazanç rakamları, senin girdiğin ücret ve saat bilgilerine dayanan tahminlerdir. Bordronun yerine geçmez; işvereninle aranızdaki hesap sözleşmene ve yürürlükteki mevzuata tabidir. Ülke paketleri bir başlangıç noktasıdır ve kendi koşullarına göre değiştirmen beklenir.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak sahip olduğun ve vazgeçilemeyecek yasal haklarını sınırlamaz.
Bu koşulları güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz; esaslı bir değişikliği uygulama içinde bildiririz. Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğin an sonlandırabilirsin.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketicilerin kendi yerleşim yerindeki mahkeme ve hakem heyetlerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

In short: VardiyaCep needs no account and its core features are free. If you subscribe to Pro, the store takes the payment, the subscription renews itself, and you cancel it from your store account at any time. Your shift data stays on your phone.
These terms cover your use of the VardiyaCep mobile app, published on Google Play under the id
com.vardiyacep.app and on the App Store under the id app.vardiyacep. Installing the app means accepting them.

You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices. You may not copy and distribute it, attempt to reverse engineer it, or sell it.
If you downloaded VardiyaCep from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. These terms add to it; where the two conflict for use obtained through the App Store, Apple’s agreement prevails.
Shift tracking, earnings, reminders and the calendar work in the free version and will keep working. Not buying Pro turns none of them off.
Your shifts, hours, pay rates and earnings are kept on your phone only. For the detail, and the exceptions, see the Privacy Policy.
Keep your own backup. Deleting the app deletes your data, and we hold no copy to restore it from. The app can export one for you.
The earnings VardiyaCep shows are estimates built from the rates and hours you enter. They do not replace your payslip; what you are actually owed is a matter of your contract and the law where you work. Country packs are a starting point and are meant to be adjusted to your own terms.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
If we update these terms we will change the date on this page, and say so in the app if the change is material. You can end your use at any time by deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts and consumer bodies where they live.
